Head of Asset Management, London
The Company
We are recruiting for London based investment business with £1.2bn Residential and Commercial portfolio in London. The business has a development pipeline of c £350m.
The Role
To be based out of the London office and primarily focussed on:
- Leading the Residential / Commercial Asset Management function within the Fund reporting to the Head of Real Estate, managing a small internal team and a range of external property managers
- Manage property risks, including health and safety, maintenance
- During new development scheme design stages, to provide input to scheme design at the appropriate stage alongside project teams
- The overseeing of the day to day asset management and oversight of property management
- Consistently look to drive rental income across the portfolio
- Improve lettings, tenant relations, and engagement
- Day-to-day management of the team
- Conduct regular tenancy inspections, ensuring compliance and future planning
- To seek asset enhancement opportunities through development, refurbishments
- Board and fund reporting on performance of the fund
You will be:
- An experienced Residential and / or commercial Asset Management expert
- Motivated self-starter
