Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Remote, UK
Reports to: Director of Product Management
Work schedule: 37.5 hours
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to drive the strategic direction and success of our products. In this role, you will own the product backlog, define release cadences, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams, ensuring our products align with market needs and business objectives
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise product backlogs to define strategic work and drive development.
- Define product release schedules, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Provide insights on resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing concerns to keep product releases on track.
- Ensure adherence to high standards and best practices in product enhancements.
- Collaborate across teams to maintain alignment with company processes and objectives.
- Work closely with other Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to develop and execute product and innovation strategies.
- Ensure teams, including Professional Services, Sales, Development, and Customer Support, have the necessary product knowledge to drive success.
- Act as a client advocate, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Gather and define product and service requirements, leveraging insights from customers, market trends, competitors, and internal teams.
- Produce essential documents, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Business Cases, and Product Release Plans.
- Clearly communicate product requirements across all relevant teams.
- Understand and contribute to the financial performance of the product, ensuring budgets are met.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing strategic features that drive profitability and long-term success.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and public speaking engagements at industry events as appropriate.
- Provide guidance and onboarding support for new team members.
- Address product-related inquiries from Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and external partners.

Essential Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in Healthtech or IT industries.
- Strong technical understanding balanced with commercial acumen and healthcare sector knowledge.7
Desirable:
- Product Owner certification
- Product Management / Technical background
