As a Project Manager, youll lead a variety of projects across key departmentsincluding academic services, technology, operations, marketing, and learner supportworking closely with both internal teams and external partners. From new product launches and system implementations to process improvements, youll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
Remote-first role (UK-based), with the flexibility to work from home or our Brighton or London office if preferred. Some travel acrossthe UK, Europe, and Africa may be required.
Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and measurable impact.
Manage project plans, risk logs, and governance structures to maintain efficiency.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
Track progress, solve problems proactively, and escalate issues when needed.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
Support change management initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Enhance project frameworks and best practices to optimise future project delivery.
Proven project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies (Prince2 certification is a plus!).
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
A keen eye for detail, risk management, and problem-solving.
Experience in education, EdTech, or academic programme delivery (a bonus but not essential!).
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital learning platforms, or education technology is a plus.

Salary £37,000 - £45,000 dependent upon experience.
