We are now seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of a range of projects within the IT & Projects portfolio covering but not limited to development, IT systems and business change in line with Aspris corporate strategy. This will be a remote role with potential of onsite work depending on the project needs. The projects you may work on will make a real impact to our colleagues and our young people who we support.
The main responsibilities for the role will be the delivery of projects efficiently, within budget and to planned timescales. Managing the risk and resourcing of the project/programme lifecycle. Working closely with the senior teams and steering groups across the business, alongside vendors, to ensure project delivery and benefit realisation. There will be an element of travel, with attendance at our quarterly department meetings in Bristol.
Must have extensive knowledge and expertise in business and IT project management demonstrating simultaneous delivery of critical projects to the business with a minimum of 2 years experience within a Project Manager position.

Prince2/APMP or similar qualification is preferable but not mandatory
- Ability to demonstrate a clear approach to decision-making and priority setting within a project
- Must be able to work in an agile approach to project methodology
- Must have excellent relationship management skills across a range of stakeholders at varying levels
- Possess effective vendor management skills, combined with strong commercial acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams
