Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from set up and integration of new nursery business, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and implement best practices in project management to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
- Utilise project management tools such as Smartsheet and Confluence to track progress and communicate updates effectively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems and metrics, making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Facilitate regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities using content management systems like SharePoint.
- Ensure that all projects comply with organisational policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role or in office organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. ).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
