Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving projects forward while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within set timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned.
- Utilise project management software such as Basecamp and Confluence to track progress and facilitate collaboration.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Manage project documentation, including reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Facilitate regular meetings with team members to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Employ waterfall methodologies where appropriate to structure project phases effectively.
- Analyse data to inform decision-making processes and improve project outcomes.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using project management software tools such as Basecamp and Confluence.
- Demonstrated data analysis skills with the capability to interpret complex information for strategic planning.
- Familiarity with product management principles is advantageous.
- Experience working with content management systems is desirable.
