Are you a passionate Scrum Master ready to make a real difference? As a Scrum Master here, you’ll guide and support our talented teams, ensuring they deliver value with every sprint. You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and champion continuous improvement, all while fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
What you’ll do:

Lead Scrum events (Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Coach teams on Agile practices to boost performance and quality.

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and goals.

Monitor delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Remove impediments to keep teams focused and thriving.
What we’re looking for:
-
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.

Strong facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Ability to inspire teams and foster a positive, high-performing environment.
