Optimised Project Partners is strengthening its delivery teams for major UK offshore wind projects starting Q1 2026. We are seeking organised, proactive Project Coordinators to support documentation, reporting, planning, and interface management across a fast-moving offshore execution environment.
This role is essential to maintaining clarity, structure, and control throughout project delivery — forming the central support function across teams and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain documentation, registers, trackers, and reporting frameworks
• Support project planning, scheduling inputs, logistics coordination, and workflow organisation
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and progress summaries
• Assist Project Managers with structured communication, documentation control, and stakeholder updates
• Track KPIs, deliverables, and compliance documentation
• Support site teams with onboarding, mobilisation, and administrative coordination
• Ensure all reporting is timely, accurate, and aligned with OPP standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience as a Project Coordinator within offshore wind industry
• Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with document control systems and project tools
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured way
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to clarity and accuracy
• Positive, adaptable, and able to support cross-functional teams
