You will operate very closely with clients, distribution, investments and other required areas to ensure activities such as new client mandates, portfolio restructures, asset transitions and fund launches etc. are consistently delivered with 360 responsibility. Role
- Working closely with distribution, third parties and other functional areas to ensure delivery of all required activities operating as central project manager for the onboarding, transition, or fund launch
- Provide a central source of knowledge of operational and onboarding requirements & respond to client & internal queries on the onboarding process
- Operational and custodian setup
- Dealing with portfolio changes with an emphasis on risk management and control environment.
- Ensure quality and consistency of the client lifecycle process including project planning and delivery of new client onboarding, portfolio transitions and new fund launches
- Design, implement and monitor enhanced processes to improve the onboarding process
- Responsible for the day to day relationship with outsource transition service providers and ensure that they deliver to deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in onboarding, fund launches or transitions in Asset Management
- Articulate, switched-on and intelligent and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally
- Risk aware with strong business judgment and project planning skills.
