As the business expands its marketing capability, we’re now looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help steer the brand’s next chapter and drive commercial impact across all consumer and trade touchpoints.
So, what will you be doing?
Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be the brand steward for the Children’s portfolio, protecting its creative identity while expanding its reach, relevance and commercial performance worldwide.
A highly collaborative role, you’ll partner closely with Licensing, Distribution, Creative, and external stakeholders to deliver brand campaigns, commercial tools and international marketing support that empower teams globally.
You’ll lead on campaign planning and execution across broadcast partners, licensees, live events and seasonal activations, and support major milestones such as anniversaries and book launches. From developing creative extras and marketing assets, to coordinating trade show presence and ensuring the brand is consistently represented, you’ll ensure every touchpoint builds brand value and drives revenue opportunities.
Key role functions include:
- Act as brand steward, ensuring consistency and long-term health across publishing, licensing, live shows, exhibitions and consumer-facing activity.
- Partner with internal teams and rights-holders to honour the brand’s creative heritage while identifying new ways to grow audiences.
- Lead delivery of international consumer campaigns, working with broadcasters, licensees, live event partners and visitor attractions.
- Coordinate seasonal activations to maintain year-round visibility and relevance.
- Oversee production of brand and campaign assets including trailers, stills, key art, guidelines and commercial toolkits.
- Create pitch tools, sales decks and presentations to support Licensing and Distribution.
- Provide international marketing support with localised materials for key territories.
- Support trade event planning (e.g. MIPJr, Brand Licensing Europe) ensuring the brand is showcased with creative and commercial impact.
- Develop commercial marketing tools such as cheat-sheets, sales notes and market-specific kits.
- Track campaign performance and brand health, compiling insights for internal and external partners.
- Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
What type of person are we looking for?
- A creative marketer with strong brand and licensing experience with proven success delivering consumer and B2B campaigns.
- Skilled in developing sales decks, international toolkits and pitch materials.
- Ability to balance creative integrity with commercial targets.
- Confident stakeholder manager, experienced working with authors, publishers, broadcasters and licensees.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking ROI and translating insights into recommendations.
- Experience supporting international markets and adapting materials for local use.
- Budget management experience for campaign delivery.
- Passionate about children’s/family entertainment and storytelling.
- Collaborative, diplomatic and able to work across multiple teams and partners.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with strong project management skills.
