Exciting new position!
We are looking for a personable, structured and highly capable Head of Projects to help lead some of the UK’s most exceptional private-client property projects.
In this senior role, you’ll strengthen client relationships, mentor our Project Guardian team, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-value residential projects for UHNW clients and family offices. You’ll also personally guide two flagship projects from team assembly through to completion, working closely with our curated network of 160+ best-in-class partner firms.
We’re looking for someone who:
~ Has a technical background, whether as an architect or a Project Manager
~ Has super-prime residential project delivery experience
~ Brings clarity, organisation and confidence to complex environments
~ Communicates clearly and builds trusted client partnerships
~ Balances hands-on leadership with thoughtful delegation
~ Is motivated by quality, structure and helping teams excel
