Due to continued growth, the team is looking to hire several high-performing Associates with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Role Objectives
Associates will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, supporting deal origination, execution, due diligence, financial modelling, investment committee materials, and portfolio value-creation initiatives. Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years’ experience from a leading investment bank (M&A)
- Strong technical foundation—financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated track record of high performance in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- A self-starter with strong commercial judgement, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution; strong academic record required
- Additional professional qualifications a plus (e.g., CFA, ACA), but not essential
