The Role
We’re looking for a PMO Manager to drive excellence across our delivery portfolio. You’ll lead a small but mighty team providing best practice guidance, governance, and coaching to delivery managers across multiple transformation programmes.
This role sits at the heart of how Definia operates, ensuring our projects are well-governed, transparent, and set up for success. You’ll shape how we manage risks, track performance, and report success to elevate our PMO capability.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced project or programme management professional (5+ years experience minimum) who thrives on order, structure, and collaboration. You’re passionate about helping teams deliver great work.
- Experienced in PMO or transformation delivery, ideally using Prince2, P3O or MSP methodologies.
- Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Skilled in risk and issue management, planning and performance tracking.
- Excellent communicator, with strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities.
- Organised, analytical, and proactive — with an eye for the detail that underpins big-picture success.
