About the Role
This is a part-time role (3 days/week) pay pro rata for someone with 2+ years’ agency experience who’s confident using project management tools and supporting creative and technical teams. You’ll help with Teamwork admin, Figma organisation, resourcing, and support desk management, working closely with Project Managers in Indonesia and our Global Ops Director.
This is a mid weight Project Management role, ideal if you love the organisational side of project management, want flexibility, and are looking for meaningful part-time work in a growing digital business.
What You’ll Do
- Keep projects organised in Teamwork: assign/update tasks, track timelines, log blockers, generate Teamwork reports.
- Upload and maintain Figma files/links so designers and developers always have what they need
- Help manage the support desk: triage tickets, escalate issues, and follow through to resolution
- Track resourcing: team availability, allocations, and conflicts
- Support with writing scopes of work and briefings for both Developers and Designers.
- Support the Global Operations Director and Project Managers with scheduling, follow-ups, and project documentation.
- Produce timelines and milestones for projects as well as ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Coordinate resources for departments to align with project and business requirements.
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in a digital/creative agency or similar project-based environment.
- Confident using project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, Jira, or similar)
- Comfortable navigating Figma (you won’t design, but you’ll organise assets/files)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Super organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage across time zones.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
