My client is looking for a PMO with global programme experience for a fixed term contract, to provide PMO governance, reporting, and controls for a major global client-facing transformation programme. The role works with the Global Programme Director and international PMO/project teams to ensure consistent governance, high-quality reporting, and effective delivery across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project/workstream governance and structure
- Ensure alignment with programme-level governance standards
- Track and report global programme metrics and financials
- Manage RAID logs and proactively drive updates
- Produce meeting packs, executive summaries, and minutes
- Coordinate workstream updates and ensure consistency of content
- Support business case updates, executive presentations, and other deliverables
- Maintain controlled project artefact library
- Ensure methodology compliance and track deliverable completion
- Work effectively across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes
Key skills
- Strong PMO and/or project management experience on complex programmes
- Demonstrated ability to run global governance (SteerCos, RAID, KPIs)
- Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills
- Strong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle
- Advanced MS Office skills (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
- Ability to work across multiple locations/time zones
It would be advantageous if you had experience of SharePoint administration and Power BI capabilities.
