About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Asset Management Analyst, supporting the active management of our real estate investment portfolio across the UK and Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical rigour with hands-on involvement in portfolio strategy, performance optimisation, and partner coordination. You’ll work closely with the Directors and senior team members, helping to drive value creation across both direct and JV investments while supporting the growth of our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of real estate assets across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and maintain asset-level financial models to track performance against business plans.
- Prepare regular asset management reports and quarterly investor updates.
- Coordinate with property managers, JV partners, and external advisors to oversee leasing, financing, and capital projects.
- Support business plan reviews, portfolio strategy, and recommendations for value enhancement or exit.
- Assist in preparation of board materials and partner presentations.
- Contribute to due diligence, refinancing, and disposal processes.
- Maintain internal asset management databases and reporting systems.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in real estate asset management.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (Excel proficiency required).
- Knowledge of European real estate markets and multiple asset classes is a plus.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify value creation opportunities.
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work in the UK.

Compensation
Benchmark Salary:
- £35,000 – £45,000 base salary
- Plus discretionary bonus
