We are looking for a passionate, organised and committed Project Management Assistant who has the experience, or relevant knowledge, in project management, project administration and outreach. The Project Management Assistant will assist with the development and execution of Skaped programming, particularly our upcoming Artivism programme. This role involves designing new programmes with the Creative Director, assisting the PMO Coordinator with project administration such as email correspondence and venue hire, developing and executing outreach for programmes with the PMO Coordinator.
This person will have excellent time management skills, be a great communicator, be a hardworking individual, pay close attention to detail, and have a strong interest in creative development and knowledge of operational delivery.
The ideal person will be able to juggle tasks with a problem-solving mentality and will be a quick learner. We are looking for a friendly young activist with shared values, and someone who is looking to grow within a small supportive team.
If you’re a people-person with a love of building community in the workplace, who also has an ongoing list of radical social justice/art organisations, then this role would be perfect for you! This is a part-time freelance paid position.
