Valcon UK is seeking a PMO Manager/ Senior PMO Consultant to join our growing Project Delivery capability group within our Consulting Practice.

Role Overview
We are looking for a PMO Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic consulting team. This role will support project and programme management activities, ensuring smooth project delivery through governance, reporting, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project governance, tracking key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication, preparing updates for senior management.
- Work with teams to standardize reporting processes and improve project visibility.
- Support financial tracking, resource management, and budget reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Key Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of PMO/project support experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
