Programme Manager

Recognised sports brand | Around £90k basic + package | Hybrid (20 miles south of Central London - 3 days per week)

Troi are delighted to be working again with our globally recognised Motorsport client as they recruit for a Programme Manager to join their Delivery Team. In a nutshell, you'd be supporting the Head of Delivery with the delivery of Strategic & complex Programmes - projects & programmes such as Office Moves/Logistics/HR Systems/Telematics and Media & Broadcasting.

In short, we're looking for:

Prince 2 Practitioner
Experience as a Programme Manager in delivering projects of various sizes and complexities
A proven ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a structured and objective manner.
Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Experience with Waterfall methodology
Proficient in MS Project
Good understanding of Power BI
Resource, Risk & Stakeholder Management experience

You'll be reporting into the Head of PMO and will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

You'll also work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives as well as establishing and managing direct responsibilities with all stakeholders as a point of contact for project performance updates.

Other Key role details:

Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in their office). Shuttle buses to the office run from Oxted, Sevenoaks, East Croydon & Bromley South.
Paying around £90,000 + 10% bonus and other benefits (Salary depending on experience of course).
