Our 6-week Internal Communications Internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop key skills in corporate communications, employee engagement, and content creation.
As a Howden Internal Communications Intern, you will:
Support the creation of engaging internal content across various channels.
Assist in planning and delivering internal campaigns and events.
Help craft messaging that advises, encourages, and connects employees.
Work with teams across the business to understand and promote key initiatives.
Research and suggest new ways to improve internal communication strategies.
Ensure consistency and clarity in all internal messaging.
Who are we looking for?
Penultimate or final-year university students with a passion for communications.
Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
A creative mindset with the confidence to suggest new insights.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
