PMO ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Weybridge, Surrey (KT13 0SL)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Hybrid)

About the Role
As a PMO Administrator, you will play a key role in a high-profile government contract, supporting a dynamic and innovative team. This client-facing role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the finance email inbox for client purchase orders
• Ensure Monday.com aligns with FastDraft, the client’s contractual tool
• Assist with fee proposal checks and communication on FastDraft
• Maintain accurate documentation and proper folder structure
• Assign new projects to Project Managers and update Monday.com
• Organise project activities, resources, and information
• Collaborate with the team to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Support Project Managers with administrative tasks to ensure efficient delivery
• Track project progress and resolve any arising issues
• Work with Project Managers to eliminate blockers and ensure smooth workflow
• Assist the PMO Lead Manager with assigned tasks
• Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as an PMO Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Good attention to detail and ability to analyse data to support client reporting
• Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com / COUPA) is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Project management experience or knowledge is a plus
• Flexible and eager to learn
