For more information, visitrwsglobal.com.JOB SUMMARYA Project Manager for Themed Entertainment and Experiences is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a passion for creating immersive and unforgettable experiences. As a Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Director, Project Management | Land Production, and you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of themed entertainment projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative designers, engineers, fabricators, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.KEY TASKSRole & Responsibilities:

Lead the project team throughout the entire project life cycle
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
Oversee the on-site and off-site implementation of assigned projects
Manage project budgets, review funds allocation for external resources, and coordinate budget modifications as needed
Provide initial cost ranges for preliminary design components
Collaborate with Director in developing and maintaining the project P&L
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their vision and objectives
Work closely with cross-functional teams including talent and recruitment, designers, technical directors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration
Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery and implement proactive strategies for risk mitigation
Locate key suppliers, negotiating the company’s purchasing agreements, and making sure their materials and products meet the company’s specifications
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications & Skills:

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree – Field of Study – Project Management, Construction, or similar experience in themed entertainment or experience field preferred
A valid driver’s license and Passport are required.

Experience:

Previous experience in producing and operating an experience, show or themed attraction
Preferred experience in holiday or scare maze/haunt installations
Extensive knowledge on technical installations in themed entertainment
Extensive knowledge of the attraction and themed entertainment industry
Proven experience as a Project Manager in themed entertainment or a similar industry
Proven experience in sourcing and procurement for highly complex themed entertainment projects
You have experience working collaboratively across organisations; strong leadership and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and fostering effective working relationships
You have strong communication skills, attention to detail and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timeline effectively
Proven track record in all project delivery phases from concept to implementation
Problem solver who is comfortable in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment
Self-motivated and service-oriented communicator with substantial experience in over-the-phone negotiations and vendor affairs. Attentive to details in all professional matters and highly skilled in telecommunications.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Flexibility to travel and work on-site as required
