Your role at Vertice
You will be part of a small GTM Strategy & Operations team, covering sales enablement, revenue operations and special project work, and responsible for driving improvements across our GTM function, being a partner to GTM leadership and upgrading how we run our GTM operations as we scale.
This is a hands-on execution, operational and low ego role, for someone wanting to make a mark on a fast-growing scale-up journey.
Responsibilities
- Drive improvements across our GTM motion - which collateral we use to pitch our offering to prospects, how we message to customers, updates to our sales process
- Partner with our GTM leadership team from an operational and strategic side - effective reporting for sales leadership, supporting special initiatives and planning
- Drive improvements across our GTM operations and tool landscape - which companies we go after, what intent signals we use, how we leverage our tools most effectively to support our teams and automate as much as possible
- "Whatever it takes" operational support and cross-functional collaboration across teams
About you
- 5+ years of work experience, with several years of execution experience in a fast-growth environment
- You have a low ego and love to get into the details of operational work and implementation
- You have a proven record of questioning the status quo and driving improvements
- You are highly detail-oriented, know how to write well and structure information in a concise way
- You know how to create compelling customer-facing collateral (i.e. slide decks)
- You are commercial in your thinking - always considering how your message comes across to prospects
- You are highly analytical and technically inclined, able to dive deep into processes and systems
- You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have a strong work ethic and a "get stuff done" mentality, with a focus on speed and quality
