We are looking for
two PMOs to support a
Data Centre migration programme for a
London market insurer . The ideal candidates will have a minimum of
5 years of experience and a
strong delivery discipline and governance approach . You will play a key role in engaging the business with the change elements of the programme and ensuring a smooth transition.
This London-based
6m project role requires EC1 office attendance
Tuesday - Thursday each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support theData Centre migration programme , ensuring structured governance and control.
- Work closely with technical teams totrack and manage deliverables, risks, and dependencies .
- Engage withbusiness stakeholders to support them through the transition, ensuring business readiness.
- Establish and maintainprogramme governance frameworks .
- Monitor programmeprogress, milestones, and risks , ensuring timely escalation of issues.
- Ensure adherence tobest practices in delivery discipline and reporting .
- Support change management efforts, includingcommunication and training plans .
- Assist in the preparation ofsteering committee reports and senior stakeholder updates .
What are we looking for?
- 5 years+ of PMO experience , preferably in infrastructure or data centre migration projects .
- Strong knowledge ofprogramme governance, risk management, and project delivery methodologies .
- Ability to engage and supportbusiness users through change management processes .
- Proven experience instakeholder management and effective communication .
- Tech-literate, with an understanding ofIT infrastructure, cloud migration, and data centre environments .
- Highlyorganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools .
