Our client is a hugely successful FinTech firm, that works with 95% of the world’s leading banks. As part of their continued growth they are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a diverse range of software implementation programs covering multiple products within their Capital Markets business.
This person will ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of complex programs using a structured, controlled, and methodology-based, scalable approach. These will typically be enterprise programs with many moving parts, and lots of interdependencies, so require extremely strong project/program leadership experience. These will mostly be external client facing programs, but there will also be internal programs, and you will play a key role in improving project/program management processes.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a FinTech background, with exposure to Capital Markets, or areas such as Payments, Lending or Treasury. All applicants MUST have professional services experience, and have worked for a FinTech vendor. At this stage they are not open to candidates who have only ever worked in industry. Applicants will require expert skills around Program Delivery and Program Governance, specifically for large FinTech software delivery implementations. Candidates must also be commercially switched-on and be able to lead important commercial discussions with C-level stakeholders.
In return, this person will get exposure to a diverse range of flagship projects, across multiple product areas with lots of variety.
