LHH is delighted to advise our client, a Financial Services Regulatory Body, in the search for a PMO Lead.
We’re seeking an experienced PMO Lead to shape the PMO function as part of an exciting transformation journey. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong appetite for change and a desire to impact and influence the future of the organisation. You will drive the planning process across multiple projects, maintaining alignment with business goals and timelines, whilst challenging existing processes, always striving to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes. This role has a strong focus on delivery and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are managed effectively and delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
As the subject matter expert, you will provide strategic insight and clear direction, offering solutions to complex problems while supporting the leadership team in key decision-making. As such, you will build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders, using your communication skills to influence and ensure alignment on key objectives.
We’re looking for an individual with experience of working as a Planner on at Portfolio and Project/Programme Manager level. You’ll be able to demonstrate your expert knowledge of MS Project for production of roadmaps, integration of plans and creation of milestone views. As well as your passion for driving transformation, you will bring your gravitas to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, with confidence and clarity.
