Key Responsibilities
- Support business strategy development, identifying key opportunities for growth and efficiency in the new F&B business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help shape product offerings and customer engagement strategies.
- Assist in analysing operational performance, identifying challenges, and recommending data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with senior consultants and leadership to develop strategic roadmaps for business expansion.
- Contribute to project management efforts, ensuring smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and insights to support decision-making at all levels.
- Engage in problem-solving and process optimization, helping streamline business operations for long-term success.
- Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new business strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Candidates with a degree in Business, Management, Strategy, Economics, or a related field (BBA, MBA, MIM, MS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker who is eager to learn and make an impact in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for business transformation, consulting, and entrepreneurship, with a keen interest in the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
