The requirements for the role include:
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and financial modelling experience within a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Degree-level education in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Experience in hospitality or residential real estate.
- Previous exposure to high-value transactions and deal structuring.
