The Marketing & Events Executive will have a broad and varied remit, including events management, working with multiple stakeholders and being involved in a wide range of Marketing related tasks.
They will have the following responsibilities:
- Ownership of client facing events programme, including planning, delivering and managing the events calendar.
- Identifying third party trade media events to promote the business and speakers.
- Management of industry awards submissions to deadlines.
- Management of corporate social media (LinkedIn) to build brand and drive engagement.
- Digital marketing campaign support.
- Website content support.
- Ensuring all comms are on brand.
- Other general marketing admin including image sourcing, file organisation, process note creation, processing invoices, branded merchandise.
The role would suit a confident self-starter with strong project management skills who is able to work autonomously and prioritise to meet deadlines.
Software proficiency with MS word, excel, PPT, Teams/Zoom.
Experience of using website CMS; CRM; email marketing software.
Canva or similar a plus.
