Our client, a prominent investment firm specializing in infrastructure, is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their Investments team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established platform focused on acquiring and managing infrastructure assets across key sectors, including energy, transportation, and digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for potential infrastructure investments.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in transaction execution, including deal structuring, negotiations, and financing.
- Perform industry and market research to identify trends and investment prospects.
- Support asset management initiatives to enhance value across the portfolio.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of corporate finance and valuation techniques.
- Prior exposure to infrastructure or real assets is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
