We'll close application for this role on 27th February 2025.
Hello potential future Oatly employee. It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden back 30 or so years ago.
Our mission? To make it easier for people to eat better and live healthier lives without throwing the planet under the bus in the process. If that makes you want to stand up, fist-pump, and shout,
“Yes!” (or even just a mild
“Cool, I’m into that”), then maybe you’d like to join us.
(Fun fact: we were recently voted one of 2024's best places to work for a small organisation.)
With that, let’s talk about the role.
The Role
Here’s What The Role Is All About...
- Brand Experiences. You will lead on Oatly’s experiential activities in the UK and Ireland – from festivals to train-station sampling.
- Event Management. You will plan, develop and manage Oatly’s live event calendar for the UK and Ireland, and work closely with the ODMC (Oatly Department of Mind Control) and the global event team to bring ideas and concepts to life on your markets.
- Agency Management. You’ll build strong relationships with Oatly’s experiential partners, 3PL logistics partner and agencies.
- Culture & Partnerships. You will support the team on Oatly’s cultural partnerships strategy, connecting with like-minded people, brands and organisations to support Oatly’s mission.
At the heart of this role, you’ll be the go-to person for bringing the Oatly brand to life through live experiences, showing up at festivals, cultural events, coffee festivals and partnership activations – ensuring Oatly are setting the bar, while staying weird. Oh, and if you’ve got a unique personality, a streak of creativity, and a knack for making things happen, you’ll fit right in.
Who You Are
If this sounds like you, we’re already excited:
- You have 2+ years’ experience managing events. This could be for a brand, a venue, or an agency – but you’re equally comfortable with both excel spreadsheets and moodboards, and hi-vis jackets and muddy boots.
- You’re an obsessively organised, resilient person who can spin multiple plates (and won’t get too derailed if one of them breaks).
- You’re culturally-connected and understand the magic ingredients needed to throw a great party.
- You’re a self-starter, problem-solver, and all-around go-getter.
