Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to the IT team in building innovative platforms.
- Document and update procedures, record meeting minutes, and assist with AI tool implementation.
- Coordinate team activities, including workshop scheduling, training, and event management.
- Support data management initiatives, ensuring integrity of branch data.
- Monitor and manage team calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts.
- Assist with KPI reporting, status updates, and transformation-related presentations.
- Ensure compliance with operational risk and regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Professional admin experience within financial services.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), with exposure to data modelling and BI visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Agile working practices and core banking platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
