Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Meezo’s technology strategy aligned with our business goals
- Lead the development of our core products: multi-bank integration, MeezoMind (AI insights), and Meezo Touch (NFC payments)
- Manage and grow the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our platform
- Collaborate with other C-level executives to drive business growth
- Stay ahead of fintech trends and identify opportunities for technological advancement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in senior technology roles within fintech
- Strong background in developing secure, scalable financial applications
- Expertise in AI/ML, data analytics, and payment systems
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NFC technology and mobile payment systems
- Track record of successful product launches in the fintech space
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly in financial applications and predictive analytics
