We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Project Manager to join our growing team. Job Summary:
As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other departments to streamline project workflows and deliver successful IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing updates to senior management.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Support process improvements and best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master certification (a plus but not required).
