Our 18-month Graduate Scheme includes three rotations across core strategic and commercial teams, where you'll tackle real projects and solve meaningful challenges from day one. With hands-on experience, you'll build a strong foundation and the skills to grow into a future leader.

- Commercial & Partnerships: Drive growth through impactful partnerships and commercial opportunities for Capital on Tap
- Product Management: Shaping the future of our product and the features we offer our customers
- Business Operations (BizOps): Solve complex challenges, streamline processes, and ensure our operations run efficiently
We're Looking For
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Humanities or similar would be ideal
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A go-getter who takes ownership, keeps things simple, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A problem solver who is naturally curious
- A team player who can support others to achieve a shared goal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Interview Process
