About Neon
Neon is a global payments and e-commerce platform designed to help game publishers earn more money and independence from app stores. We believe commerce should be open and transparent: clear decisions, actionable insights, and aligned incentives. Founded by payments, fintech and gaming veterans, Neon focuses on product and partnership excellence: we share the playbook, co-pilot decisions, and abstract away risk and complexity for our customers. We’re replacing old-school, black-box relics with clear, modern, and developer-centric infrastructure.
As an early team member, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and scale Neon’s product and culture, making a direct impact on our growth and success. You’ll join a collaborative, diverse team from world-class companies like Apple, Affirm, Unity, and Visa, backed by renowned VC's including Thrive, a16z, Griffin Gaming, Ribbit, and Renegade. About The Role
Neon is looking for an experienced product leader to drive Neon Pay’s international expansion strategy — defining how we evaluate, enter, and scale in new markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, compliance, and commercial strategy, shaping how our payments platform localizes to meet regulatory, technical, and user needs.
You’ll develop frameworks that guide market selection, product readiness, and operational setup, ensuring each new market launch is compliant, efficient, and built for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own the international expansion product roadmap, from opportunity evaluation through to launch and scale.
- Define localized product requirements across checkout, payments, tax, and compliance to ensure market readiness.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to design regulatory pathways, licensing frameworks, and operational processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to deliver new market launches end-to-end.
- Build scalable frameworks and playbooks for repeatable market entry, launch readiness, and operational execution.
- Develop post-launch metrics and iterate on localization strategies to drive performance.
What You’ll Bring
- 7–10 years’ experience in product management, payments, or fintech expansion.
- Proven success launching regulated or payments products across multiple geographies.
- Deep understanding of the global payments ecosystem and regulatory considerations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution.
