Hays have partnered with a leading telco organisation to appoint an experienced Lead PMO to support a complex data-centre programme of work. Mentoring two PMO Analysts, and embedding governance across the wider programme, if you're an experienced Senior PMO with experience on long-term and complex programmes within telco organisations, then we want to hear from you.
Length: 3-6 months + extension
Rate: £500 - £550/day inside via Umbrella
Location: Shoreditch
Hybrid: Yes (3 days from home/week)
Your new role and what you'll need to succeed
As the Lead PMO, you will work closely with project and programme managers to embed programme governance across a complex data-centre piece of work. You will bring you strong background in telecom organisations (or similar) to:
- Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies via RAID logs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Manage financial tracking, reporting, and budget forecasting for the programme.
- Produce regular status reports and facilitate stakeholder communication, and oversee change control, quality assurance, and adherence to PMO standards.
- Mentor and support junior PMO Analysts
