We’re looking for an accomplished transformation leader to guide a large-scale, multi-year digital change programme across our international operations. You’ll be steering complex projects that span multiple regions, departments, and business functions, ensuring they deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value.
This role calls for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery expertise, capable of navigating diverse stakeholder groups and fostering a culture that embraces change.
Your Impact
- Lead a flagship transformation – Oversee planning, execution, and governance for a portfolio of digital initiatives that extend across borders.
- Drive organisational adoption – Implement change approaches that engage teams, minimise resistance, and align new processes with company culture.
- Engage senior leaders globally – Act as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring priorities are understood, risks are flagged early, and successes are clearly communicated.
- Unite multiple workstreams – Coordinate efforts across technology, operations, customer experience, and commercial functions to ensure seamless delivery.
- Establish strong governance – Put in place frameworks for decision-making, accountability, and transparent reporting.
- Enable digital success – Ensure solutions meet business needs, deliver ROI, and align with our strategic direction. (Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM transformation is a plus.)
- Influence in a matrix environment – Overcome barriers, influence without direct authority, and keep delivery on track.
- Inspire high-performing teams – Create clarity, foster collaboration, and maintain momentum across distributed teams.
What You Bring
- Proven success in delivering large, complex digital programmes spanning multiple countries.
- Track record of guiding change at scale with concurrent, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to engage, influence, and align senior leaders across different geographies.
- Strong communicator who’s confident presenting to executives and rallying teams.
- Skilled in embedding lasting change and building a culture of adoption.
- Comfortable in large, multi-layered organisations with complex structures.
- Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with the realities of delivery.
- Financial acumen, risk awareness, and resource management expertise.
- Background in Salesforce/CRM transformation is advantageous.
