We are partnering with GW Aspire (recruiter) to help recruit for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join a leading venture capital fund's investment team for a 6-9 month full-time internship in Central London.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the venture capital industry. You’ll help source deals, research markets and competitors, and prepare investment memos. You’ll support the investment team across the deal lifecycle, analysing opportunities, contributing to due diligence, and assisting with portfolio management on strategic projects. The role suits an individual with drive and curiosity, alongside an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
What you'll do:
- Conduct deal sourcing and market research across the technology and consumer sectors
- Prepare research reports to identify attractive investment opportunities
- Support investment execution by contributing to analysis and commercial due diligence
- Assist with portfolio management through strategic and operational project support
What we're looking for:
- Current student or recent graduate from a top university
- Internship experience at an investment bank or strategy consulting firm
- Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills
- Demonstrable passion for venture capital
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
