We're excited to be working with an extremely successful Digital Infrastructure Private Equity fund who have an Associate vacancy.
Select responsibilities:
- Analysing new investment opportunities across EMEA and supporting with existing portfolio companies.
- Involvement in the full end-to-end deal execution through marketing, structuring, negotiation and execution.
- Preparation of documents for the Investment committee.
- Financial modelling
Ideal candidate profile:
- 2-4 years of experience across Investment Banking/Private Equity Investment role from an Infrastructure related team.
- Digital infrastructure experience is advantageous
- Strong commercial judgement and demonstration of 'investor mindset'
- Excellent financial modelling skills
