Our client, a leading Insurance firm are looking for a Senior Project Manager to contribute to a high-profile transformation programme, replacing core systems (including a new PAS and CRM) and driving business-wide change.

Your role:

A business change focused role, you will embed large applications throughout the business from a change point of view and ensure seamless adoption, sustained usage, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead and manage the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with business architects and stakeholders to design and implement change across the organisation.
Drive business readiness and change management, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
Manage challenging stakeholders, build strong relationships, and motivate teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Oversee project budgets, risks, and issues, providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders and steering groups.

What you’ll bring:

5+ years’ experience in project delivery and change management in an insurance environment.
Proven ability to embed large-scale insurance applications into a business.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Commercial awareness and experience with investment appraisal techniques.
