Finatal is working with a mid-cap PE fund that are looking for an Interim PMO manager/director to assist them with a portfolio business that is in the process of making a new acquisition as they continue their buy and build strategy. You’ll be responsible for executing post-merger integration of a distressed asset as well as working closely with the transformation team and overall management of the project including but not limited to coordinating across all workstreams and functions. The business’s long-term vision is to continue on their M&A strategy so a strong PMI background is pivotal. Ideally you’ll have a background in distressed-asset restructuring.
Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:
- Post merger integration
- Working in private equity backed businesses
- Project management
- Identifying synergies in recently acquired businesses
- Restructuring
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a dynamic international environment, partnering with senior leadership to shape the financial future of a business on track for an exit/IPO.
