A high performing, multi-billion dollar AUM London Hedge Fund boutique are looking to make a highly important, newly created fixed-term contractor hire.
Working in the London operations / middle office function, the focus of the role is on the reconciliations & broader ops reporting processes – there is a dual focus to handle a backlog of reconciliation work, but to also improve existing reporting processes, both hands-on and to also project manage in-house tech teams on buildouts.
Candidates should have a strong background in derivatives operations / middle office, with extensive hands-on reconciliations experience, and ideally good experience of operational infrastructure buildouts / automation.
We expect this to be a six-month fixed-term-contract role, with the hire treated as a permanent employee (with full benefits and a completion bonus – there is a possibility to move into a permanent line operations/MO/TA position at conclusion). This is a crucial, time-critical hire, where the hire can expect to be paid a strong increase on their previous permanent £ comp.
