What You’ll Do
- Maintain resource plans, providing a consolidated view of resourcing for SaaS projects, product development, and ongoing releases.
- Monitor resource availability, identifying potential bottlenecks and resourcing gaps.
- Ensure timesheets are completed in alignment with company requirements, verifying with SaaS Project Managers as needed.
- Approve timesheets on behalf of SaaS Project Managers when required.
- Track planned versus actual resource allocation.
- Review unfulfilled resource requests, ensuring accuracy and forecasting start/end dates.
- Collaborate with the Finance Operations Manager to validate pipeline data, including dates, resources, and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain the security of systems, data, and people by adhering to company security policies and proactively reporting vulnerabilities.

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience or strong interest in resource deployment within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of project lifecycles in SaaS or software development.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a methodical approach to data.
- Familiarity with professional services automation tools.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage different data formats.
