Role Summary:
The Chief of Staff will serve as a key partner to the Chairman and executive leadership, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and organizational focus across the group. Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, this individual will oversee critical initiatives, support decision-making processes, and drive the implementation of the company’s vision and strategy at all levels. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Execution:
- Translate the company’s strategic goals into actionable plans and operational priorities.
- Track, measure, and report on the progress of key initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
2. Leadership Support:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chairman, CEO, and senior leadership team on strategic, operational, and organizational matters.
- Manage key meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and strategic insights to inform decision-making.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Foster collaboration across departments and business units to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Act as the central point of contact for high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Identify and remove barriers to efficient execution and operational success.
4. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Ensure consistent and clear communication of the company’s vision, strategy, and priorities throughout the organization.
- Act as a representative for the executive leadership when engaging with key stakeholders, including family members, senior management, and partners.
5. Organizational Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across the business.
- Lead special projects and transformation initiatives to modernize business practices.
- Support the development of a strong performance-driven culture aligned with the company’s values.

- Extensive experience in project management, business operations, or strategic planning roles, ideally within the luxury hospitality or service sector.
