How would you take ownership of operations related to our MSP and Alliance program?
Keepit is looking for a Senior MSP & Alliance Program Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team.
We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to a global audience. Our market leading solution integrates very well as part of a managed services-setup and with Alliance partners and we’ve had a lot of success with this type of business. Now we want to unleash the potential we still see in our MSP and Alliance partnerships and therefore we are looking for a dedicated person to take ownership of this area within our Revenue Operations team.
As Senior MSP & Alliance Program & Operations Manager at Keepit, you will play a vital role in our ambitious expansion plans. Working closely with your colleagues in the RevOps team and with the MSP/Alliances team you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all operational processes within Keepit’s MSP/Alliance Program.
Central tasks will include:
- Take ownership of our MSP/Alliances program from an operations perspective by maintaining and optimizing the Keepit Partner Network (KPN) in concert with channel leaders.
- Collaborate with Channel Leaders to develop and implement a Cloud Distribution Operations Guide documenting all policies and processes for managing and growing the cloud distributor business.
- Create and deliver actionable insights that enhance MSP/Alliance performance and drive pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with Channel leaders to develop and implement KPIs for MSP/Alliance dashboards, QBRs, and Board presentations, focusing on alignment with business goals.
- Build and document the MSP partner performance data structure.
- Collaborate with channel sales and data teams to maintain accurate and actionable MSP/Alliance reports, dashboards, and forecasts. Ensure that updates are aligned with organizational metrics and distribute weekly forecasts to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and deliver assigned projects in Asana on time and within scope and budget, ensuring consistent project updates with high-quality standards
- Risk Mitigation: Ongoing identification, assessment, and management of operational risks within the MSP/Alliance program, developing mitigation plans to address potential disruptions.
As Senior MSP & Alliance Program & Operations Manager, you will be joining our Revenue Operations team and report to our Director of Field Operations & Sales Compensation, Nikola Lacjak. We expect you to work from Copenhagen, so you can work partly from our nice office.
