Requirements
As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founding team to help scale our AI-enabled car parts procurement platform. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple functions—operations, strategy, business development, and product management—within a fast-growing startup. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business, solving key challenges, and driving initiatives that enable growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has a passion for building startups from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Role will be varied and change with the needs of the business as we grow. Some example things you'll work on include:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct industry research to identify potential markets and sales targets
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities
Sales:
- Conduct phone and email-based sales outreach and win meetings
- Help prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers and investors
- Close beta customers and input into product development
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate CRM databases
- Prepare meeting agendas and detailed notes during discussions
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience:
- Prior work experience in financial analysis, market research, or a similar role is a plus
- Demonstratable interest in working within start-up or automotive
Benefits
