With a robust balance sheet and strong JV relationships, you’ll gain exposure to complex, entrepreneurial transactions at scale.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a critical role in analysing new real estate investment opportunities and supporting end-to-end deal execution — including research, underwriting, due diligence coordination, and preparation of investment materials for internal and external stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with senior management, asset managers, and JV partners while working across multiple teams — financial, operational, legal, funds, and capex — to build a full understanding of each transaction.

Salary is up to £60,000 + comprehensive benefits + bonus.
