We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and engineering - someone who can bring structure, speed, and precision to a fast-moving product environment.
What You’ll Do
1. Technical Oversight
- Translate approved designs into actionable dev tasks and ensure accurate implementation
- Review staging builds and catch bugs, layout issues, or design misinterpretations before launch
- Manage QA and release cycles with precision and clarity
2. Cross-Team Coordination
- Keep design, development, and leadership aligned with structured updates
- Track milestones, blockers, and priorities in Notion, Asana, or similar tools
- Follow up proactively without micromanaging - ensuring constant momentum
3. Process & Systems Thinking
- Build and document repeatable frameworks for moving from design → development → live
- Shorten turnaround times and reduce ambiguity across handoffs
4. Growth Enablement
- Help identify, evaluate, and onboard new technical hires (developers, QA, etc.)
- Contribute to building an organized, scalable product function
Who You Are
- 3+ years in digital or technical project management (eCommerce, SaaS, or product startup experience ideal)
- Strong understanding of modern development workflows (React, APIs, CMS, Git, hosting, etc.)
- Experience managing developers and designers simultaneously
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Passionate about consumer tech, design, and building systems that scale
- Excited by startup pace - you love solving problems and moving fast
