About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote environment. This role is suitable for early-career professionals as well as experienced project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate tasks and stakeholders across departments.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates.
- Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs.
- Support process improvements and contribute to continuous optimisation of project workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–12 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum.
- Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
- Background in IT, software development, operations, or related domains.
